GLō Best Western Lexington

Breakfast was good. I stayed multiple days and there small changes each day which I appreciated. The food was continually refreshed so your always had a choice The desk staff were very friendly and helpful; able to provide directions and recommendations

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Kentucky Horse Park. The rooms are large and clean, featuring a nice shower with both a rainfall showerhead and a second handheld showerhead. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Despite the issues we encountered, such as noise from the hall, a domestic incident next door, and some minor inconveniences with the room amenities, we still found the hotel to be great overall. These negatives didn’t significantly bother us, but it’s worth noting for anyone seeking a quiet stay.

Roominess

The staff was amazing very friendly very hospitable very helpful for knowledgeable especially Sharnelll was the best. The roads were enormous very roomy was so nice that's for very comfortable room was exceptionally clean breakfast was really good the options were there were amazing probably the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel I've even had to pay for breakfast in hotel restaurants and this was better than that they really go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible I would definitely stay in another one or go back to this one.

I will definitely book with Glo again. The staff was outstanding and helpful from the day I arrived until I checked out. The front desk staff took care of an issue that came up with the third party Booking.com and when my husband and I checked out he forgot his Apple Watch and the hotel called us right away that they found it and we were able to get his watch before we left for home which was 6 hours away. I truly can’t say enough great things about my stay. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.
