GLō Best Western Lexington

Brand new hotel, clean, still had that new hotel smell. Very nice decor especially for a Best Western. The staff is top notch. Everyone was wonderful and pleasant to talk to and incredibly helpful. The breakfast had so many yummy options. On top of it all, I lost my watch in the parking lot. The manager found it and they sent it back to me so quickly. I was so relieved. I absolutely will stay here again.

Breakfast was good. I stayed multiple days and there small changes each day which I appreciated. The food was continually refreshed so your always had a choice The desk staff were very friendly and helpful; able to provide directions and recommendations

it was very clean, you could still smell a hint of bleach on the towels and bed linens(good things!!) the lobby smelled great and was clean, friendly staff Grounds were clean and well kept

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Kentucky Horse Park. The rooms are large and clean, featuring a nice shower with both a rainfall showerhead and a second handheld showerhead. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Despite the issues we encountered, such as noise from the hall, a domestic incident next door, and some minor inconveniences with the room amenities, we still found the hotel to be great overall. These negatives didn’t significantly bother us, but it’s worth noting for anyone seeking a quiet stay.

The breakfast was good and it had a changing variety of the main part (eggs/meat) and the standard of other things. I would rate it a little above other standard breakfasts we've experienced over the years staying at various hotels. Things were very clean and the staff were friendly .
